Festival Director Jason Carney talks about what highlights and events attendees can expect at the 2026 Phoenix Film Festival.
Jason talks about the variety of film selections in this year’s lineup, from action to romantic comedies to crime thrillers and documentaries, with curated shorts programs that he’s excited for people to experience.
They’re also proud of the local filmmakers’ showcase, and the Arizona student film festival, featuring high school filmmakers, plus youth-focused activities and workshops to get kids interested in filmmaking and storytelling.
