Netflix has signed a deal to begin streaming the original British version of the series. The licensing deal is for the U.S. and Canadian markets and it covers both the U.K. and U.S. versions of the show.

Being Human is about three housemates who happen to be a werewolf, a vampire and a ghost. The series has had three seasons in the U.K.

Netflix has been pushing into original series and the acquisition of foreign TV shows for the U.S. market amid increasing competition in the streaming video space.
