Iger: Marvel Characters Will Feature at Disney Parks

June 15, 2010 By Michael Hickerson 3 Comments

When Marvel and Disney merged last year, many of us wondered how long it would before Spider-Man might turn up at a Disney park.

The Los Angeles Times Hero Complex put that question to Disney executive Bob Iger.

Iger says that there are discussions about bringing Marvel to the Disney parks, but it won’t be done hastily.

“We’re just now considering all of our different options, so it would be premature to say when or where in the parks you would see Marvel characters — but I think it’s safe to say that you’re going to see some of those great Marvel characters walking around in the future,” he says.
