This week, Larry Nemecek, Star Trek author, actor and archivist, stops by to chat about the new edition of the “Star Trek Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library”.

He talks about all the updates and changes that were needed to incorporate the information from Enterprise, Discovery, and the new movies, including missing information from the Original series and the Animated series, plus the addition of more Vulcan and Cardassian information, all of which continues to expand on all the work that Mike Okuda and Geoff Mandel began more a decade ago.

Star Trek: Stellar Cartography

Larry also talks about the Trekland Treks day tours around Los Angeles, where you can choose 4 Star Trek locations around town to visit and hear the history and shooting details about each site, lunch included!

He also talks about the Roddenberry archives they talk about on The Trek Files podcast, including all the shows he worked on before Star Trek, the notes from the series that were never considered for production, with guests from the old days, and more.
