Syfy is looking to bring two more sci-fi classics to life on your TV screen.
The cable outlet announced yesterday that it is developing mini-series based on Childhood’s End and Ringworld.
A four-hour version of Ringworld will follow a team of deep-space explorers investigating an alien artifact. After crash-landing, the team finds insane alien tech and ruins of a lost civilization that could control the fate of the world. The series is being produced by Michael Perry.
Childhood’s End follows the effects of an alien invasion that turns the Earth into a near-utopia. It is being developed by Michael DeLuca.
