“Doctor Who” Series Seven To Debut At Festival In August

The seventh series of Doctor Who will make its debut later this summer at the MediaGuardian Edinburgh International Television Festival according to the UK’s Guardian.

The first episode of the new series will be screened at the time. The episode reportedly will feature every incarnation of the Daleks seen on screen during the series close to fifty year run.

This year’s festival will take place between 23 and 25 August.

This could signal that the BBC plans to begin the broadcast of series seven around this time.
