Dinklage: Pay Attention to “Game of Thrones” Credits

March 29, 2012 By Michael Hickerson Leave a Comment

Want some hints about the upcoming season of Game of Thrones?

If you haven’t read the books yet, you can find hints inside the opening credits says star Peter Dinklage.

If you tune in Sunday night, you’ll notice that Dinklage is now the top billed actor in the series.  Of course, so was Sean Bean last year and we all know how that turned out.

“I feel like the credits are about what’s going on in the show,” Dinklage said. “Sean Bean’s character gets killed and now my character is the new Hand of the King, so he goes to the front of the line. We’ll see how that goes…”

“It’s kind of funny,” he said. “Every year there will be a new top of the credits. It’s a way to keep track of who gets killed off and who survives.”
