Netflix continues to add content to their already robust selection of streaming options.

The content provider announced today that it has signed a deal with Miramax studios to begin streaming content.   The deal is a multi-year one and will allow subscribers to watch content like Scream, Pulp Fiction and Bad Santa.

The deal is the first streaming deal for Miramax.

Financial terms weren’t disclosed, and the companies didn’t detail which movies will be available when.

The new Miramax team under CEO Mike Lang, a former News Corp. business development executive, has made digital a key focus.

“Netflix is thrilled to enter into this deal with the new team at Miramax,” said Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos. “Existing relationships with management and a shared affinity for these great films make this an important deal for both companies and for our members, who will enjoy instantly watching movies from one of the truly great film libraries for many years to come.”
