Cancellation “would be terrible in my book,” Larter said. “The cast just loves the show. We have such amazing writers.”
One thing going in “Heroes” favor is the return of Bryan Fuller, a writer best known for his work in shows like “Star Trek: Voyager,” “Dead Like Me” and most recently “Pushing Daisies” on ABC.
“Bryan Fuller is coming back, which is so incredible,” Larter said. “He wrote Nikki the first season … I connect with him on so many levels, and I think he’s going to bring a strength back to the show. If the network doesn’t want to bring us back, I’ll be really sad. But you know what? I just can’t even go there. I think that the show was so strong first season, and we’ll come back and get it back to where it should be.”
The network is expected to announce a decision on a “Heroes” fourth season by mid-May.

This season took a nose dive just a couple of episodes ago.. TWICE they’ve killed characters with the “paint the future” power but they managed to pass it on to someone else. It has become a total crutch for the writers, and I personally am tired of the gag.
Also, they’ve rehashed the “prevent an Earth-shattering event” plotline, like they do every season. Not every plot has to deal with the destruction of the world (or a significant portion of it’s population).

You know, I don’t care about the heroes on HEROES any more. They’re just no longer relevent (sp?) to me, so I could go either way with this.

Pfft nice cover, but I’m thinking if he was really talking about the *crew* leaving, he wouldn’t have referred to those leaving as “us.”

And how was Porkman supposed to have gotten the “paint the future” power anyway? By eating some ground-up crap out of wooden bowl and going into a trance? Come on…

Hiro did the same thing. How come HE doesn’t have the “paint the future” power too?

Setting aside the whiny jerks who shouldn’t have even looked at this if they hate the show so much, Grunberg posted the second comment all of THREE MINUTES after the first one! Are people so thirsty for controversy that they can cook up something that damn fast?

I thought that the first two seasons were great, but Heroes jumped the shark this year. Sorry, but I don’t Twitter about like the Heroes writing this year.
