The sister site to the original “Save Enterprise” website, Trek United, has just received an all new look and web-makeover. There are now many great features available to register users, including:
Richer content, access to many features that are disabled for guests like commenting on their news articles, plus members can create their own blog, or personal gallery.
Access to an on-going growing community of scifi fans, computer geeks and all-around lovers of the varied genres, where fans can interact with like minded individuals or get into lively but civil debates with those not as like minded. Members may also get access to the chat room, and a whole array of scheduled guest chats with a virtual whos-who lineup of the best in the scifi cinematic, TV and literary world.
Access to Trek United’s network of supported sites and partners such as our own Slice of SciFi can be found and others, including Starbase Indy, SciFi Studios, and Galactica.com, with its forums.
Their news page has been updated so that members are now able to fully submit news features, giving them a taste at seeing what it is like being an online journalist.
Automatic subscriptions to their monthly newsletter “Hailing Frequencies Open” are also available.
Becoming a member is simple, the good folks at Trek United have made it very easy – and best of all, it’s free.
Congratulations to Tim Brazeal, Tina Kassebaum, Thomas Frazier, Nikki Suydam, Richard Anderson, and all the TU Staff for all their hard work and dedication in making Trek United.com one of the premiere Star Trek and scifi genre sites on the web today.
