Big Daddy Comes to BSG CON

August 9, 2006 By S. K. Sloan Leave a Comment

ron moore.jpgIf you were wanting to go to this year’s big official Battlestar Galactica CON in Burbank, California on August 26th and 27th, but have been putting it off, then procrastinate no longer.

BSG’s big time, all-star executive producer Ronald D. Moore has accepted Creation Entertainment’s invitation and will be appearing at the CON. Ron has decided to take a few days off from working on his BSG spin-off “Caprica” to meet with fans and scifi enthusiasts from all over the world.

Ron will be there for a limited amount of time on Saturday of the convention sharing the stage and table with many of his cast and crew members. Appearing at the convention during the weekend so far are:

  • TRICIA HELFER
    “Number Six”
  • JAMIE BAMBER
    Captain Lee Adama “Apollo”
  • TAHMOH PENIKETT
Lt Karl “Helo” Agathon – Sunday
  • MARK VERHEIDEN
    Writer, Co-executive Producer
  • JAMES CALLIS
    Dr. Baltar
  • AARON DOUGLAS
    Chief Galen Tyrol
  • GABRIEL KÖERNER
(along with other staffers) from Zoic Studios, the team behind the
    special effects on BATTLESTAR: GALACTICA

You can still get advance tickets but they are going fast. After Monday, August 14, 2006 until 5PM PT they will no longer be available until the first day of the CON at the door. So, if you want great seats, now is the time.
