"Priest" Hopes to Avoid 3-D Woes

And now for a bit of 3-D rage.

Director Scott Stewart told the ComicCon crowd that he is working to avoid the issues that have plagued other movies converted to 3-D for his upcoming movie, "Priest."

Stewart said he and Screen Gems are taking the conversion of the apocalyptic vampire movie "very seriously."

"Marvel vs Capcom 3" Adds More Characters

The roster of those who will do battle in the upcoming "Marvel vs Capcom 3" has expanded.

USA Today reports that Marvel Comics villain Super-Skrull and "Devil May Cry" character Trish will be part of the game. Also returning will be Dr. Doom and Chun-Li from the "Street Fighter" franchise.

ComicCon Audiences Booes Shyamalan

On this week's Slice of SciFi, we told you about M. Night Shyamalan's reaction to a member of the press when told about how audience enjoyment of his film had dropped with each film he directed.

The director's response was a clipped one and it appears that the goodwill he once had with audiences is eroding.

ComicCon Panel Confirms New Hulk

One of the most anticipated panels at ComicCon has made a big splash.

During the panel for "The Avengers," Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige brought the cast of the movie on stage. That included Robert Downey, Jr, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Kevin Feige and Samuel L. Jackson. Feige also brought out the new Bruce Banner. As rumored, it's Mark Ruffalo.
