Actor Ryan Reynolds responded to a young fans request to recite the Green Lantern oath.
Reynolds gave the oath as if he were summoning power, never taking his eyes off the child. When he finished, he signed a book for the child — and fans erupted.

I’ve been a Green Lanern fan snice the 60’s and cannot wait for the movie. I shared others’ doubts whether GL could successfully translate into a film. Judging by how much Ryan Reynolds is into the role (something else I was concerned over), I think they have a chance. The reaction of the young man was priceless. You can buy publicity that good.
