Well, the vacation is winding down with just another week to go, with most of it being completed as a road trip back to the domicile. But, some exciting events took place today in the Grand Canyon. My wife (Diane) and I met up with Mike and Evo and their lovely wives Lorrie and Sheila where we spent the day together taking in the breathtaking scenic views of planet Earth’s great ditch called The Grand Canyon. We capped the day with a steak dinner at one of Tusayan’s feed-bags. Good food, a roaring fireplace and great company made for a very exciting and uplifting day.
For your enjoyment here are just a few pics of our day at the Canyon. Enjoy and I will be back soon cranking out scripts and stories for Slice as well as many other of Farpoint Media’s fine Websites. Before I close out I want to send out a message of thanks to Nina, Summer and Brian Brown for the great job they have done while I have been away and continue to do even now while we are still on the road. I haven’t had much opportunity to get online until now, but they have all done a fantastic job on the Slice of SciFi Website and script for the show. They’ve done such an outstanding job I may just have to take another vacation real soon.
Enjoy the pics:

And, just in case you were wondering if this meeting of the minds really took place at the Grand Canyon – feast your eyes on these:

My only critique would be less Evo. More ditch.
Then again... maybe I'm burning my chances of affordable accomodation.
PfA.
PS Don't hurt me, Evo.
Probably less than a mile or two from whereever Sam crashed for the night, that just around the corner from me
Did I see matching jackets? I'm glad you guys used your collective wills to NOT push Evo into the Big Damn Ditch.
Great pics Sam. Thanks for posting them.
Where the heck is a picture of Sam?
Dude - 6th pic down - the old guy in the white shirt and Cardinal baseball cap.
