Actor Nick Tate portrayed Astronaut “Captain Alan Carter” on “Space: 1999”, an accomplished pilot and integral member of Moonbase Alpha, as well as a beloved character on the show.

He joins Summer and Tim Callender to talk about the efforts to get the documentary on The Eagle completed, as well as regaling us with stories of how he joined the cast, his time on the show working with Gerry Anderson and Sylvia Anderson, finding out how beloved Alan Carter and The Eagle were (and still are) with the fans, historical moments in World Cup Soccer, and so much more.
