Director Rouzbeh Heydari stops by to talk about his latest film, the psychological horror-thriller NEON LIGHTS. Rouzbeh wanted to showcase the importance of taking mental health seriously, and his desire to do what he can to reduce or eliminate the stigmas of mental illnesses.
The range of emotions and the self-destructive spiral is a little on the disturbing side, in addition to the puzzle surrounding what was going on, and I am still a little curious. But I definitely think trigger warnings are in effect for some folks.
NEON LIGHTS will be available On Demand and Digital on July 12 from Momentum Pictures.
