This week, Summer talks with author Richard Gray about his new book, Moving Target: The History and Evolution of Green Arrow, out from Sequart. We talk about the research he did for the book, the interviews he didn’t get a chance to do for the book, and more.

Then we veer off into a tangent discussion about the state of comics today, and why so many old fans have left in frustration and why it’s so hard to on-board people who want to become new fans. It’s a solution that people have been searching for for years, and we still don’t have an answer for.

Next, Neil joins the conversation in a discussion about the book and the character, both in comics and television.

You can find out more about the book at Sequart (order code NOV172163), and more about Richard on Twitter, @dvdbits, and his website, The Reel Bits.
