Fans of Star Trek and collectors may find this next item being offered by the production team of “Star Trek: Renegades” a tempting offer.

They are offering a custom-designed, hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind Breen Disruptor Rifle prop which was used in the pilot episode of “Star Trek: Renegades.” This prop was utilized by ‘Prak,’ the Breen renegade character

As a Star Trek enthusiast or collector you can add to your personal collectibles and at the same time help with the production costs of the show by receiving this rare disruptor rifle prop for a donation of $1850.00 (USD). Only ONE was made for “Star Trek: Renegades,” and they have it to offer up to their generous backers and fans.

“Star Trek: Renegades” is currently in post-production and will air online soon. If it receives a large enough online viewing CBS Paramount will likely pick up the show as a new network series or continue it as a weekly online presentation.

What is Renegades?

Ten years after Star Trek Voyager’s return from the Delta Quadrant, the Federation is in crisis. Someone has caused space and time to fold around several planets, all of which are the Federation’s main suppliers of dilithium, essentially cutting off the supply for several millennia. Starfleet’s methods to stop those responsible have been ineffective. This necessitates more drastic measures, some of which are outside the Federation’s jurisdiction. It now falls to Admiral Pavel Chekov (Walter Koenig), head of Starfleet Intelligence, and Commander Tuvok (Tim Russ), Voyager’s former security officer and new head of the clandestine Section 31, to put together a new covert, renegade crew – primarily comprised of outcasts, rogues and even criminals. But can they refrain from killing each other to accomplish their task? That may be the bigger question…

The production team has arrayed an impressive who’s who of Star Trek fame for this series including Robert Picardo, Gary Graham, Garrett Wang, J.G. Hertzler, Manu Intiraymi and Richard Herd. Joining these Trek veterans are the new captain of the Renegade, Adrienne Wilkinson. From Stargate SG1, Corin Nemec. Terminator’s Edward Furlong is on board as well as Blade Runner and Ace Ventura star Sean Young. Other cast include Star Trek Phase II’s John Carrigan, Kevin Fry, Courtney Peldon, original Battlestar Galactica star Herbert Jefferson, Jr. and Star Trek Continues’ own Vic Mignogna and Grant Imahara.

Directed by Tim Russ, script written by Ethan H. Calk, Sky Douglas Conway and Jack Trevino. Co-produced and Executive produced by Sky Douglas Conway, Walter Koenig, Jack Trevino, Tad Atkinson, Ethan H. Calk, Mark Linn, Mac McRoberts, Thomas J. Moore, Michael J.Zampino and Frank Zanca from Renegade Studios.
