“Terminator” Reboot Coming

“Terminator” Reboot Coming

July 1, 2013 By Mike Hickerson Leave a Comment

Looks like the Terminator will be going back to square one.

It was announced last week that the upcoming fifth Terminator movie will be a reboot. And it will also serve as the starting point for a new trilogy of films.

Arnold Schwarzenegger will still have a role in the film, but whether or not he’s back as the machine or in a cameo remains to be seen.

Skydance Productions, Annapurna Pictures and Paramount Pictures will jointly produce the film, which is already set for release in June, 2015.

The new film will be called simply Terminator.

A few weeks ago, we heard the Rock was in talks to join the franchise.  Could he be cast as the new Terminator?
