BBC America Ships “Doctor Who” Sets Early

BBC America Ships “Doctor Who” Sets Early

May 13, 2013 By Michael Hickerson 2 Comments

If you pre-ordered your Blu-Ray or DVD set of the second half of Doctor Who‘s seventh season from BBC America, you may have a surprise in your mailbox.

Sets were shipped a week early to some buyers — and the sets include the top secret season finale, “The Name of the Doctor.”

The BBC and BBC America are asking fans who received the sets to keep quiet about SPOILERS from Saturday’s big finale.  But you know that all the details will leak somewhere on the Internet sometime this week and ruin it all for the rest of us who are trying to stay SPOILER-free!

BBC America is trying to get fans not to reveal anything by promising a clip of the 10th and 11th Doctors together from the upcoming anniversary special should the secret stay under wraps until Saturday.

Let’s hope the SPOILER people don’t ruin it all for us and we get that clip!

Also, if you’re hoping to find a peer-to-peer version of the episode and acquire it, we will warn you there are reports of fake torrents with malware in them out there!  Be careful what you download and/or share!

Note:  Any SPOILERS posted to this article will be deleted!  And our news team will be very, very upset!
