Dalton Joins S.H.I.E.L.D.

Brett Dalton has joined the cast of Joss Whedon’s S.H.I.E.L.D pilot.

The actor, who has previously made guest appearances in shows such as Army Wives and Blue Bloods, will portray a rising star at the peacekeeping agency, according to TVLine.

Dalton’s character Agent Grant is billed as a cool and technically precise agent who can hold his composure under pressure. However, he is said to be somewhat lacking in people skills.
