Director Brad Bird has shot down rumors that he will direct the next Star Wars installment.
The director of The Incredibles and Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol denied that he is directing the next saga of a galaxy far, far away via Twitter.
“Not doing Star Wars,” he tweeted.
Bird went on to add that he is working on a new, top-secret sci-fi thriller with writer Damon Lindelof. The science fiction film I AM doing is gonna be cool,” he says.
