Last week, Leonard Nimoy took to Twitter to express his disbelief at Fringe‘s Emmy snub.
Producer J. H. Wyman echoes Nimoy’s sentiments in an interview with EW.
“We feel probably like a lot of you guys. I can’t comprehend it … If it’s an issue because this is a science fiction show, I really don’t know. I’m trying to believe the cream will always rise to the top. I have to believe that,” he says.
As for what’s coming up next season, Wyman hints, “Some things may be unexpected, some things may be expected. But I want to feel like what they got was earned. I want to be able to feel like there’s a sense of closure…and a feeling of hopefulness.”
