“Amazing Spider-Man” Trailer Attached to “The Avengers”

“Amazing Spider-Man” Trailer Attached to “The Avengers”

April 26, 2012 By Michael Hickerson Leave a Comment

Not one but two superhero trailers will assemble for The Avengers.

Director Mark Webb confirmed that a new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man will be attached to the upcoming Avengers movie.

It will join The Dark Knight Rises trailer in front of the highly anticipated summer blockbuster.

As if we needed any more reason to see the movie…..

And speaking of the Avengers, actor Mark Ruffalo revealed where he got his take on the Hulk for the upcoming film.  He says it came from the Bill Bixby anthology series.

“I rented those with my ten-year-old son, and after the third episode he turned to me and said, ‘Papa, he’s so misunderstood!’ I basically based my character entirely on my ten-year-old boy, who has all the force of nature screaming out of his body while at the same time having everyone around him telling him to f—–g control himself!” he tells Comic Book Resources.

Also promoting the film, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige reveals why Joss Whedon was the right man to direct the film.

“My big fear was that the whole thing would collapse under its own weight, that we’d spend so much time on costume[s] and super powers and special effects that these characters and these actors wouldn’t get the chance. My biggest interest in the Avengers is the interaction between the people. Looking at Joss’ body of work — his characters never, ever get lost; those are the moments that shine. That was to me why he was by far the best choice,” Feige says.
