LeBeouf: “Transformers 3” Best 3-D Movie Ever

LeBeouf: “Transformers 3” Best 3-D Movie Ever

June 27, 2011 By Michael Hickerson 7 Comments

Actor Shia LeBeouf is endorsing Transformers: Rise of the Moon as the best 3-D movie ever made.

“We took the 3D cameras out of the Avatar stages and put them on the head of a dude jumping out of a plane in Chicago while a building is exploding. For real. Four or five dudes actually,” LaBeouf told the Los Angeles Times. “It’s the greatest 3D film ever made. It’s an amalgamation of ideas from Jim Cameron, Steven [Spielberg] and Michael [Bay].”

LaBeouf went on to state that he considers the last hour of Transformers: Dark of the Moon to be one of the best action sequences ever filmed.

“The last hour of this movie is the greatest action sequence of Mike’s career, which would put it on the same level as the greatest action ever made,” LaBeouf said. “You don’t breathe for the last hour.”

Of course, it will be interesting to see if LeBeouf still holds to this story if fans don’t like the third installment . LeBeouf recently slammed the second movie, saying there was no script at times during the shooting process.

NEVER EVER believe an actor’s opinion on one of their movies until it’s been out on BluRay for at least a year or longer. They are as bad as politicians running for election.

I wish no one would go and see anything that has Michael Bay’s named attached to it.

lol…well I wouldn’t expect him to say it was a bad movie since he wants it to do well…with that being said the trailers do look great.

I have greater hopes for this movie because there were a number of elements that were working against Bay “Revenge Of The Fallen.” Some of those elements have been removed so with any luck it will already make this a better film.

As for Shia’s review, I seem to remember him giving positive push on several past movies only to recant and just blast those same movies after receiving negative critical reviews as well as poor box office performances.

I’ll see it on my own only because I like the franchise, regardless of what either Bay or LeBeouf have to say about it.
