Smith Agrees to Third Season of “Doctor Who”

March 28, 2011 By Mike Hickerson 5 Comments

Looks like there won’t be a regeneration at the end of series six.

Actor Matt Smith has signed on to play the Doctor for the seventh series of the new Doctor Who.

The new deal takes Smith through the end of next season and there is speculation that Smith would stay through the series in 2013, which would celebrate 50 years of Doctor Who.
