“Back to the Future” Games Debut in December

October 27, 2010 By Mike Hickerson 2 Comments

As “Back to the Future” celebrates 25 years with a new release on Blu-Ray and DVD, gamers can look forward to a new trilogy of games that allow you to play in the universe of Marty and Doc.

The first of those games will be released for PC and Mac in December. And versions of each game will follow for iPad and PlayStation.

“We’re very excited to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Back to the Future franchise with a completely new adventure,” said Telltale Games CEO Dan Connors.

“It’s been an amazing experience to be part of reuniting Marty McFly and Doc Brown on their continuing quest. Back to the Future fans will have a great time helping to control the integrity of the space-time continuum.”

Of course, if you bought the just released Blu-Ray set, you’ve got a copy of the first game as an extra.

The voice actor they got to play Marty McFly for the games sounds pretty damn close to MJ Fox. If you haven’t heard the voice for Marty in the games yet, here’s a video interview with A.J. LoCascio:
