Video rental retailer Redbox is looking to try its hand in a new market–video games.
USA Today reports the video rental kiosks will test renting video games in several markets across the United States this month. The price point to rent a game is $2 per day, double the price of a DVD rental and fifty cents higher than renting a Blu-Ray.
The company has been testing the market for game rentals since 2009 and will roll out the testing into markets in the West, Midwest and Atlantic coast.
Games can be rented for PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 and Nintendo DS.
