We’ve seen the season premiere of “Stargate Universe” and it’s must see TV.

And while we won’t give away how things play out in the season premiere, we can offer you a sneak peek at tomorrow’s season premiere courtesy of SyFy.

The new season kicks off at 9 p.m. Tuesday on SyFy.

No discussion thread for the series opener???

I’ll start one. I would like to officially retract my overly negative attitude toward SGU. Apparently, absence makes the heart grow fonder.

While I still like the first 2 series more, last nights episode was outstanding and the quality of this show seems to be improving.

*some what of a SPOILER below*

I think the introduction of an alternate reality or place or simply the question of what it was, is EXACTLY the kind of thing this show has been lacking to be lumped in the sci-fi genre. Character development was good, Rush was actually a hero rather than a prick. All good things. I hope the trend continues. If it does, we are in for a great ride.

Hi Jay, There is some more discussion on the poll section. It’s funny I think Rush managed to be both a Hero and a prick. Everything he did was all in line with his agenda and he had no trouble sacrificing people. Good thing Varo was able to convince psycho to strand the destiny crew on the planet rather than execute them.
