Celebrate “Star Wars” Day

May 4, 2010 By Mike Hickerson 2 Comments

“May the Fourth Be With You”

It’s “Star Wars Day” because you can make a play on words of the date and one of the most famous quotes in movie history.

Fans can join together in watching any of the six “Star Wars” movies, playing a “Star Wars” video game or reading one of the myriad of “Star Wars” tie-in novels. That doesn’t even count the plethora of action figures that you could play with, assuming you’d take them out of their boxes.

If you want to celebrate by watching one of the movies, may we suggest “Empire Strikes Back” as most fans agree it’s the best of the series and because the film celebrates thirty years of release in 2010.

You can also find some cool “Star Wars” stuff to do on Jib Jab.

6 movies? I can only think of 5 – the trilogy, of course, the two Ewok movies… what’s the sixth? Unless you’re thinking of the Droids telemovie, of course.

    That must be it.
