Released four months ago, “Batman: Arkham Asylum” has won critical and gamer ravers and been a run-away best-seller.
So, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that they’re working on a follow-up.
Warner Brothers revealed that they are currently working on a sequel to the game. The news came during last week’s Spike TV video game awards show.
USA Today reports that early promotional footage from the game shows the action shifting from the infamous Gotham City prison to outside the walls.
“Getting the opportunity to create Batman: Arkham Asylum and seeing its success has been a dream come true for the team,” said Sefton Hill, game director at developer Rocksteady Studios, in a statement announcing the sequel.
