Glau, Hogan Guest Starring on “Dollhouse”

August 28, 2009 By Mike Hickerson 2 Comments

Ever since “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” was shown the door by Fox, fans have been salivating at the possibility of actress Summer Glau showing up on “Dollhouse.”

And while creator Joss Whedon has expressed a desire to feature Glau on the show, we didn’t know when or how he’d use her on the show.

Now we know.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Glau will guest-star on the upcoming season of the show.  According to reports, she will join fellow Mutant Enemy alum, Alexis Denisof as a senator attempting to track down the infamous Dollhouse.  No word yet on if this is a single episode guest role or a story arc for Glau.

And it appears Whedon isn’t content to borrow actors from his own shows, but is also casting actors from another recent favorite “Battlestar Galactica.”  We previously told you that actor Jamie Bamber would have a guest role this year.

Now comes word that actor Michael Hogan, who recently appeared on Slice of SciFi, will also join the guest-star ranks.  Hogan will play a client who wants to use the Dollhouse’s resources to stop a family member from going on a killing spree.

“Dollhouse” returns September 25 on Fox.

The Hogan story hass been out there for a few weeks now. Other sites I’ve read say Glau will have a recurring role.

Thank God it is Michael Hogan and not Hulk Hogan! Actually this might get me to watch Dollhouse since BSG was my fave show ever!
