Carradine’s Death “Suspicious”

Carradine’s Death “Suspicious”

June 5, 2009 By Sam Sloan 3 Comments

Actor David Carradine’s death by hanging is now being ruled as accidental by Thai police. Their first report indicated the 72 year old actor had committed suicide after his naked body was found hanging by the neck in a closet. This first report was refuted by family, friends and associates. Now it seems that the rope used in his death was also tied around the star’s genitals which moves his death from “apparent accident” to “suspicious”.

The famous actor’s family and those closely associated with him also believe there is more to this death than what the Thai police first indicated and want a deeper probe into it.

In a recent telephone interview Tiffany Smith, one of Carradine’s managers, has dismissed the official report and believes there is more to this than a suicide. “All we can say is, we know David would never have committed suicide,” said Smith. “We’re just waiting for them to finish the investigation and find out what really happened. He really appreciated everything life has to give … and that’s not something David would ever do to himself.”

Those who knew and loved him know that killing himself would be totally out of character for the veteran actor who has seen a new resurgence in his career and the rising of a whole new and younger audience. Carradine was in Thailand shooting his latest film called “Stretch” and was set to star in at least two more action movies over the next year.

“David was excited to do it and excited to be a part of it,” Smith added.

Hotel guests and staff, as well as the film crew, indicated that the actor appeared in very good spirits each day and night, joked along with the crowd and spent evenings talking with those around him and generally socializing in a normal way. The manager of the hotel stated that Carradine was “…very much a person full of life.”

The investigation into David Carradine’s death is continuing.

Personally on my first read of the first story I was thinking that unless we are looking at another Kevin Gilbert this does not sound Kosher. Then hearing it was accidental lended creadence to my theory, now it sounds most non-Carradine indeed. Sounds like either the Thai gov. or the movie company knows something they arn’t ready to tell yet.

Though a lack of details, the death seems suspicious. It doesn’t look either suicide or accidental due to an orgasm (?) How in a closet , a rope around neck an genitals???? The police is covering the truth for some reason or they are incompetent. The family should insist and possibly hire a good private investigator soon before evidence is cold. Murdered , could be a possibility or accidental and then trying to cover with an stupid apparent suicide.

Learned today that David’s family has asked the FBI to intervene and take up the investigation.
