What Do Klingons Think of “Star Trek?”

What Do Klingons Think of “Star Trek?”

May 8, 2009 By Mike Hickerson 4 Comments

The new “Star Trek” movie is winning critical praise across the nation and world as it opens later today in theaters and I’m sure we’ll have a lot of fan reaction on next week’s voice mail show.

But there may be one group whose opinion is being overlooked in all of this–the Klingons.

What would Klingon reviewers think of the new film?

Thanks to the folks at LOVEFiLM, this doesn’t have to be a rhetorical question. You can surf over and see this video review of the new movie with two Klingons. And it’s all done in Klingonese (as the language is called in the classic “Trouble With Tribbles.”)

You know… when you can say someone’s pronunciation of Klingon is off… you may be a geek.

I bet the next voyage will have something to do with the Klingons — if it doesn’t the — it will cause a lot of angst
