Series 3 is miles better than the first two, just for the way it layers in all the info and foreshadowing and plot development up to the final episodes.

    Enormous,

    Oh yeah!

Just finished watching it. The episode wraps up parts of Torchwood, and the last three seasons of Doctor Who – with suprises out of nowhere!

The season endings for both Lost and Heroes had nothing on this one. Best ’52 and change’ minutes of TV I’ve seen all year.

I am stealing from myself for my review (which I will send later today) but I felt like the series three finale felt liek RTD was wrapping up his time on the show…he wrapped up so many of the long-running arcs so neatly….wonder what will come next.

No offense but did you actually see the last episode of the season? It was a travesty to doctor who. Russel T Davies needs to leave doctor who and never return. A great season until you see RTD’s name on the opening title as writer.

Well I enjoyed the finale, not perfect of course and the use of the reset button was a disappointment.

Nice homage (or ripoff if you prefer) to the ending of the Flash Gordon movie.
