Collector Alert! STAR TREK Plates Are Back, But Limited

Collector Alert! STAR TREK Plates Are Back, But Limited

STAR TREK: BRAND NEW! OFFICIAL TV SERIES COLLECTOR PLATES SET OF FIVE!

NEVER BEFORE OFFERED!

It has been many years since the Star Trek property has been represented in the plate collecting field and we’re happy to announce that Creation Entertainment (the Star Trek licensee for apparel, photos, conventions, etc) has been granted the license to produce new ceramic 9â€? collector plates to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Star Trek.

The new series plates are a set of five gorgeous designs, each featuring the cast of a different Star Trek television incarnation. This is an extremely limited edition of 144 sets (each set consists of all five plates with the same edition number).

The first 44 sets (numbered 1 to 44) are being sold at Creation Entertainment and now on eBay. The edition number is printed on the back of each plate in your set. The rest of the sets will be brought to The Official STAR TREK Convention at The Las Vegas Hilton (August 17-20) and will be sold there. One art proof set will also be sold at the convention and then after the convention there will not be any plates left and they will never be remanufactured.

Judging by the value of rare Star Trek plates done in the past (and those had far greater edition runs) we think this new collection will be highly prized.

The highest bid (or the earliest if there is more than one bid the same) will receive set #1 and all the way down to #44. Happy bidding and good luck!

*SPECIAL NOTE:* Plates will be ready to ship out to winning bidders approximately the last week of August.
