Rumors are that Ace Frehley, guitarist for the 80’s glam rock group KISS may be appearing on episodes of “Stargate: Atlantis” when it rolls around next season.
There may be some substantiation to the rumor since it comes from Ace himself. In the newest edition of Entertainment Weekly, Ace gives his review of the show and implies he will make appearances on more than one episode. Since Ace wasn’t being interviewed no further information is available at this time.
Frehley is no stranger of the TV camera having done gigs on “MAD-TV,” “Howard Stern” and Lance Hendrickson’s “Millennium.” Ace has also done voice-over work for a couple of “Family Guy” episodes.
Oh, come now, we know their goal is to get every “where are they now?” scifi actor to do a guest spot, but really there were a lot of former Farscape and Star Trek cast members left. Did they really have to go to the “Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park” well already?!
