New Star Trek Mini Series eBook In Development

Author Keith R. A. DeCandido, editor of the popular Starfleet Corps of Engineers eBook series, has announced plans to pay tribute to the 40th anniversary of Star Trek with an all-new eBook project.

“The object will be to cover the breadth of the original series’ history, both on the small and big screens, from the days of Gary Mitchell, Dr. Piper, and Lee Kelso, all the way to the aftermath of Jim Kirk being swallowed by the Nexus, with stops everywhere in between,” DeCandido announced.

The six part e-Book miniseries Mere Anarchy will cover the entire history of the original series. While plot details and information on the individual e-Book titles are not yet available DeCandido did announce the authors and planned release schedule in a statement.

Here’s a list of each eBook in the miniseries:

Things Fall Apart by Dayton Ward & Kevin Dilmore
(Set in 2265 – prior to the episode “Where No Man Has Gone Before”)

The Center Cannot Hold by Mike W. Barr
(Set in 2267)

Shadows of the Indignant by Dave Galanter
(Set in 2271)

The Darkness Drops Again by Christopher L. Bennett
(Set over a period from 2274 to 2283)

The Blood Rimmed Tide by Howard Weinstein
(Set in 2291)

Its Hour Come Round by Margaret Wander Bonanno
(Set in 2293)
