Once upon a time, Joss Whedon was writing a script for a big-screen adaptation of Wonder Woman.
Whedon eventually left the project and his script was never made. But during his involvement with the project a lot of Mutant Enemy alums were bantered about as the actress to take on the reigns of Wonder Woman.
The man behind “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Firefly” and “Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog,” Joss Whedon will be honored by the Producers Guild of America. Whedon has been selected for the Vanguard Award, which recognizes achievements in new media and technology.
Whedon will be recognized in a ceremony in January, according to Variety.
