"Treader" Leads Box Office

Hollywood's attempt to find a fantasy franchise to replace "Harry Potter" may have stumbled this past weekend.
"The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader" opened at number one, but fell short of projected estimates. The film took in $24.5 million, a number significantly lower that the last two "Narnia" films drew on their opening weekends. Add in that the third film was the first in 3-D and it's easy to see why the debut could be considered a disappointment.
