"Star Wars" Coming to Blu-Ray

"A galaxy far, far away" is getting ready to come home, again.

At this weekend's celebration of "The Empire Strikes Back," LucasFilm announced that all six "Star Wars" films were headed to Blu-Ray. However, don't put your pre-order in at Amazon just yet. The films won't hit Blu-Ray until the fall of 2011.

"Expendables" Tops Box Office

The long anticipated team-up of some of action genre's biggest icons proved to be gold at the box-office this weekend as "The Expendables" took the top spot. The movie took in $35 million in its debut, beating out the new Julia Roberts movie, "Eat ,Pray, Love."

Billy Mitchell is the best at Donkey Kong again.

Mitchell reclaimed the throne at the International Video Game Hall of Fame's inaugural event. He deposed the then-champion Hank Chien by 1,100 points. Mitchell racked up 1,062,800 in his quest for the throne.

"Caprica" Coming to DVD

Following the tradition of "Battlestar Galactica," the spin-off series will see its seasons released in two halves on DVD and Blu-Ray.

The first half season one of "Caprica" aired earlier this year on SyFy and the second half of the season won't air until 2011. That's a lot of time to forget what was happening or where the story left off.

Astronauts Make Progress On Repairing Space Station

Astronaut Doug Wheelock was given the OK by NASA to use a bit of elbow grease in repairing the International Space Station.

Wheelock was allowed to "shake violently" a stuck ammonia connector that has been preventing the crew from getting to a faulty cooling system. The move shook the part loose and will allow astronauts to make the necessary repairs.
