Wandering Planet Toys co-founder Chris “Doc” Wyatt and artist & sculptor Phil Velikan talk about the new “Cryptid Combat” toys, now on Backerkit.
Chris and Phil talk about how these came to be, and the work that went into designing this first series, and the many ideas for more new monsters down the line. Chris also goes into the history of Wandering Planet Toys, and the long-running connection between animated television and toys (and not just for the kids).
The first series is Cthulhuchador vs The Ultimoth Warrior (Cthulhu vs Mothman), availabe in the original set of colors and the Fire & Ice color scheme.
