Writer-Director Nathaniel Kahn stops by to talk about the new IMAX Original Documentary, DEEP SKY, chronicling the building of, the December 2021 launch and January 2022 deployment of the James Webb Space Telescope, as well as the telescope’s mission to capture images of previously inaccessible regions of deep space, allowing invaluable research into our galaxy and the universe beyond.

DEEP SKY is expanding to more than 300 IMAX theaters on April 19, in a limited one-week run to celebrate Earth Day.
