Author Robert W. Bly is here to talk about his newest book, THE SCIENCE FICTIONARY: A DICTIONARY OF SCIENCE FICTION, FANTASY, AND HORROR, how the book was created and curated and more.

Bob talks about what led to getting this book created, how he’s been going through his own archives to collect terms for the book, who he’s talked to over the years, searching for books and comics he hasn’t read before (not just to expand the terms he wants to add), and so much more.

There are many other science fiction and scifi related reference books out there, and now there’s one more to add to shelves, and one that will actively be added to for the foreseeable future. Whether those updates translate into new editions, print supplements, or an growing online archive has yet to be determined.
