New York Times Bestselling author Chelsea Monroe-Cassell stops by to talk with Summer and Tim Callender about her latest cookbook, the new & newly updated Star Trek Cookbook: Culinary Adventures in the Final Frontier, out this week from Gallery Books.

We chat about cooking food from fandoms like Game of Thrones, World of Warcraft, Firefly, Elder Scrolls and more, how food makes it esier to connect people across communities and fandoms, and more.

This volume covers foods & drinks from Enterprise, Voyager, Picard, Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Lower Decks, and even Star Trek Online. Since there are a few new shows out now, we may see an expanded edition to cover culinary selections from those shows later.

I have the earlier one with Nelix on the cover. It’s at the bottom of a big pile of other cook books, but it’s there.
