Jay Cheel, writer/director of the Shudder docuseries Cursed Films, stops by to talk about creating the series, selecting the movies for Season 1, getting to go deeper on the commentary tracks for the Blu-ray, and more. We also tease a little of what to expect for Season 2!

Next, Mitch Horowitz, occult historian, author and academic, talks about his involvement in the series, how his perspective comes from a space of critical sympathy toward the topics compared to the hardcore skeptics who also weigh in, as well as his thoughts on the connection between horror and belief.

Cursed Films is available on Digital HD, Blu-ray and DVD on August 18, and is still available for streaming on Shudder.
