Filmmaker Jim Ojala returns to talk about his eco-thriller/horror feature, Strange Nature, the process of bringing an indie movie from concept to festival circuit to wide distribution to theaters, on demand and home video and beyond. Jim talks about connecting with scientists who have been investigating the real-life ecological threat for decades, and also having fun at Monsterpalooza, given his background in major Hollywood creature/makeup effects.

You can listen to the first Strange Nature interview with Jim, and also check out the “Strange Nature Making Of” PBS spotlight:

He’s also a co-host of The Core, a talk show on Shudder, which is available to watch on the website, so even if you’re not a subscriber, you check out this show!
