Although the Weeping Angels are the scariest villains, The Master is IMHO the one that drives The Doctor more than any other villain in the Whoverse. He/she will regenerate as many times as The Doctor will as both are seemingly beyond death.

Up to last season I would have said the weeping angels, because they are freakingly terrifying, but now the Master, actually Missy, has taken the top spot, because of her very complex and rich relationship with the Doctor.

Silence because they look terrifying and the mind games before they kill you!

Lady Cassandra cause she was so cute, haha.

The Daleks, specifically Davros, because of how they have evolved over time.

  6. Sean says

Definitely The Master, Davros is way up there but the history he has with The Master clinches it.

The Master, especially after the latest appearance as Missy. Never know when, or who, the Master will turn up as next.

Davros is my favourite because he created the Daleks and of course he rants.

I always go back to the Cybermen, because they are a merciless juggernaut. Get rid of one, and there is another one right behind to take its place.

I’ve been liking the soltarans lately. Cute potato rip off Klingons that are deadly yet also easily defeated despite their bravado with a bop on the port on the back of their neck. Best of all, as strac has proven, they can be redeemed

    Congratulations Miguel and Joe!
