Former Buffy the Vampire Slayer writer and show-runner Marti Noxon has been tapped to write the screenplay for the upcoming Tomb Raider reboot.
Noxon has written for multiple Mutant Enemy Shows and ran the last two seasons of Buffy. She also crafted the script for the Fright Night reboot.
The Tomb Raider franchise is enjoying a resurgence in popularity thanks to a new game. The new movie will reboot the franchise, which originally starred Angelina Jolie in the lead role of Lara Croft.

If the are going to do this they have to get Rhona Mitra to play Laura. It was the role she was born to play.
