The Canadian series Continuum has been picked up for a third season.
The third season will air on Canada’s Showcase network next year.
The second season finished its run up north earlier this year. It will make its United States debut this weekend on Syfy. The new season moves from Mondays to Fridays at 10 p.m. EST.
We can also tell you that Ron Serling’s final unfilmed screenplay, “The Stops Along the Way” will finally be produced.
J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot production company picked up the rights to the teleplay and will reportedly develop the project as a mini-series. No word yet on how Abrams will be involved in the show. He’s got a full plate with several new shows headed our way this fall and prepping to direct the next Star Wars installment.
Details on Serling’s final screenplay are being kept under wraps, but odds are there is some kind of twist .
The end is near for the British version of Being Human.
BBC America will air the final season of the hit series as part of their Supernatural Saturdays starting in July.
New installments air beginning Saturday, July 13 at 9 p.m. EST.
